1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OCSR™.ai's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

OCSR™.ai provides an AI-powered compound intelligence engine for pharmaceutical R&D, including handwritten data digitization, chemical structure recognition, and molecular intelligence capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES - DEMO ACCESS

⚠️ CRITICAL: ANY VIOLATION OF THE FOLLOWING WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION, LEGAL ACTION, AND PROSECUTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW:

  • ABSOLUTELY NO REVERSE ENGINEERING: You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from any part of our platform
  • NO CODE INSPECTION: Using browser developer tools, inspect element, network monitoring, or ANY method to view, copy, or analyze our code is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN and will be prosecuted as theft of intellectual property
  • NO SCRAPING OR AUTOMATION: Any attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate interactions with our platform is PROHIBITED
  • NO SECURITY TESTING: Unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security analysis is ILLEGAL and will be reported to law enforcement
  • NO DATA EXTRACTION: Attempting to extract, export, or copy any data, algorithms, or methodologies is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
  • NO SCREENSHOTS OR RECORDINGS: Taking screenshots, screen recordings, or any form of visual capture of our proprietary interfaces is FORBIDDEN
  • NO SHARING ACCESS: Demo credentials are for YOUR USE ONLY. Sharing access is grounds for immediate termination and legal action

5. Intellectual Property Protection

OCSR™.ai's technology, including but not limited to our handwriting recognition algorithms, OCSR engine, molecular intelligence systems, and all associated methods, represent PROPRIETARY TRADE SECRETS protected by:

  • Patent pending applications
  • Trade secret law
  • Copyright law
  • International intellectual property treaties

ANY ATTEMPT TO COPY, RECREATE, OR STEAL OUR TECHNOLOGY WILL BE MET WITH IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Civil litigation seeking maximum statutory damages
  • Criminal prosecution for theft of trade secrets
  • Injunctive relief
  • Recovery of all legal fees and costs

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

We employ advanced monitoring systems including but not limited to:

  • Real-time activity logging of ALL user actions
  • AI-powered anomaly detection for suspicious behavior
  • Screen recording of demo sessions
  • Network traffic analysis
  • Browser fingerprinting and tracking

All demo sessions are recorded and permanently archived for legal evidence.

7. Data Privacy and Security

8. Limitation of Liability

OCSR™.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OCSR™.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any attempt to reverse engineer or steal our technology
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Any unauthorized use of our services

10. Demo Access Specific Terms

Demo access is provided AS-IS for evaluation purposes only:

  • Demo access may be revoked at any time without notice
  • Features shown in demo may not represent final product
  • No warranties or guarantees are provided for demo access
  • Demo data may be deleted at any time
  • You acknowledge that you are being monitored during demo access

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
